Bill Utter Ford

I started my search on-line at USAA.COM. I was looking for a hybrid mid-size. Once I dug around, I focused on the Ford Fusion. Bill Utter had one and Will's was the first smile to greet me. We hopped in car and drove away. Will communicated well and instilled confidence. When I bounced a competing vehicle off him, he taught me about branded titles. Confidence built up, again. He called me when they had a Fusion Energi available a few weeks later. Will allowed us to take it for an extended test drive. Will gave me all the information I needed and none of the pressure to make a choice. We are thankful to be able to drive away each day in our Ford Fusion.

I expressed interest in a preowned fiesta hatchback in blue (the kind of car I wanted when I bought my previous white sedan 6 years ago) and Adam Russell had it waiting for me at 8am the next morning for a test drive. After the test drive and looking it over, I said yes so they took the car to get it all cleaned up and ready to go home with me while I filled out a bit of paperwork. Adam even let me go with my husband to run some errands while they got the financial paperwork ready to sign. I came back and Toronto Spikes had everything ready to sign and it all went so smoothly. My husband had been stressing about the prospect of a new car for days and they just made it so simple and easy and I left with a car I absolutely loved.

Good service. A “ Hello, welcome and let me introduce myself” would be my recommendation. I had to ask for a business card. I recommend a solid greeting, and introduction that includes a business card is advisable.
