Great service!

Wonderful service. They had my car for about 5 days. Provided me with a great loaner car. Got all my problems handled. Would highly recommend the service department! Shout out to Greg!

No hassle

I drove from southeast Dallas to buy an Escape from their used lot. I've used this dealership several times before and will continue to do so because they made everything as easy as possible. My family is not only a Ford family, we're a Bill Utter Ford family

Extremely Friendly and great expierence

Phil Tysinger was our sales guy, he did a fantastic job at communicating with us and following up with us! He answered all and any questions we had thoroughly. The hassle free expierence was wonderful too, we did most online and over the phone which was very helpful for our time consideration. Will highly recommend Phil Tysinger and Bill Utter Ford in the future!

Completely satisfied!

Quincy Alonzo was my salesman and he helped me find a vehicle that fit my needs. I am very happy with his service. He was very thorough in explaining the details of my new vehicle. He also followed up a few days later on my purchase. Quincy was very respectful and addressed all my concerns. Ken helped in the finance department and was also fantastic. He helped me get the best deal possible. This was my second purchase with Bill Utter Ford and I will definitely be coming back next time!

Exactly what we needed

Bill Utter Ford came recommended by a friend who is a repeat customer. We were looking for a preowned car for our kids to commute to school. We had an idea and a price range. Phil Tysinger got right on it and found us a match. He put things together over a weekend and by Monday afternoon we drove home in the car. He and the entire staff made it seamless.

Upgrading my Fiesta.

I received notice of an opportunity to upgrade my 2016 Ford Fiesta. I went in just to see what was involved. I upgraded to a 2019 Ford Fiesta. I am very happy with it and my deal. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Jim Houghton is a great Ford salesman.

Good service

I went in for new tires & an alignment. Everything was really nice. Great service, and, they even washed vehicle. It's the little things that we customers appreciate.

Amazingly Fast and on top of it!

Mike R and the service manager Danny Morris totally over achieved on the work I needed done on my new truck. They had a replacement seat cover ordered received and installed in lightening fast speed. I have never been so well served by a service department. Thanks guys!!!

Pickup bed gate would not open.

Gate backing was removed and latch adjusted. Nuts were adjusted and tightened. Technician explained how to get to the latch in an emergency. Also what tool to use.
