Disappointed
Honestly, I was disappointed. We are new in town and were used to great service from our Ford dealer in Missouri. It was great to be able to watch the technician work on my truck through your huge glass window. When one of your service reps came out and told me that I needed a cabin filter, I knew from watching the technician that he had never checked it. Actually I had replaced it myself several months ago. That was the event that turned me against ever returning again. If I can't trust your people, I won't ever return. He did rotate the tires but never checked the air pressure so after I got the truck and check it myself I had to return and have the car porter put air in the tires. Then the technician had gotten significant oil on my side armrest and never cleaned it off so I had to get that taken care of before leaving. Although I had always tended to take my vehicles to the dealer, I will not be returning to Bill Utter Ford.

They got me the truck I really wanted that was located about 300 miles away in another dealer with no issues. Quick hassle free negotiations. Kim Payne was very pleasant to work with.

Didnt look hard enough
Over the weekend I came in to have my tires checked and determined one tire needed to be replaced. I asked the service guy to check for warranty or past purchase for that tire. I knew a tire was purchased with you just didnt know exactly when or if warrantied. He didnt find anything but my other 3 tire purchases. I located my records on monday after the service was done and called back because I did purchase a tire 5.30.2016 and that gentleman was able to locate it but advised it wasn't under warranty even though the DOT number was not on the order. I felt the original guy didnt care to look into it hard enough and that was upsetting because I've always had great service and I always come to ford for repairs ,oil changes etc.

Great Customer Service
They worked on my sync update for free when others wanted to charge me $200. Fast, friendly courteous. Nice reception area. Thanks Bill Utter Ford.

Service disapproval
Every thing was fine until they couldn’t get the lug nuts off the car. They wanted us to pay 154.00 to replace them. We declined and replace ourselves. We get all work done there and should not have to pay for Fords poorly made lug nuts. We have had numerous Fords through the years and seriously thinking of changing car companies.

Quick, honest, effort.
Roberto was a great salesman, he worked well with the price I wanted to achieve and was very respectful. No pressure applied throughout the sale, honestly a good experience all around. Finance had the paperwork done in minutes and everyone was honest the whole way through.

Recent Edge purchase
Our Sales Reps, Cory and Juan, were outstanding. They listened to us, did not try to up sell, answered our questions. Cory was very knowledgeable of the product and took the time to explain the features. The finance department only took about 10 minutes! We were floored! All previous purchases at other dealerships took at least an hour and they pushed extra stuff that we did not want. Outstanding Ford Dealer. We are so happy, we ordered a new F250 through Cory and Juan.
