Service work on 2012 Mustang
Took my 2012 in for airbag recall, oil change, and inspection. Greeted promptly, everyone was friendly, service advisor explained/confirmed the work to be done. All work was completed by the time I was told. Their oil change is inexpensive compared to other local oil change places! High recommended! All around excellent experience!

Danny was Great
I had a fuel pump issue with my 2015 F150 Extended warranty that Bill Utter sold me Through a 3rd party. Was the first time I worked with Danny. I will always use =him going forward great Asset for Bill_Utter Ford. Thank you for the loaner as well was going out of town and needed the size of my truck, reassures my next purchase to Bill Utter Ford! Merry Christmas.

Friendly service
First time visiting service department. Overal, great experience and super clean shop floor! Still have issue with front end noise but, will try again in January to get diagnosed.

Excellent experience buying a new Ford F-150
I dropped in on my way through Denton. I found the model that I was shopping for and had them look at my vehicle for a trade in. They beat the price that I was quoted at another dealership on the first try and we had a deal. Quick, fair, honest.....that what I like.

Best car buying experience I ever had
Phil Tysinger at Bill Itter Ford is a straight shooter and helped us have our best car buying experience ever. He is not low pressure, he is no pressure. He will give you the best deal possible, ask for Phil. Same goes for the finance department, no high pressure to buy all the extras. They offer them to you and allow you to decline. Fix overheating problem.
Repair work good so far, but only one day old. Car driven only about 50 miles. Don’t expect any ptpblems. Repair work looks good. Will have a better report in two weeks or do.
