Takata airbag replaced in 45 minutes!
Made an appointment beforehand. In and out in 45 minutes. The new waiting area is much nicer than the old one. Also, like that the waiting area has big windows into the service bay so you can see the work going on. Nice touch.

Very Pleasant Surprise!

I had an amazing experience
I took my car to another dealership only to be told it would be 4 days before they could look at it. I drove to Denton which is about 40 miles from where I live, I was in tears by the time I got there because my car started stalling. Erin took really good care of me and actually got me in a rental and I was out of there in no time. I will drive here every single time.

grossly overpriced and not considerate of my time
They quoted me $3,000 to replace a single part in my sun roof assembly. Not replace the sunroof itself, or the motor that moves it, just the track it moves on, just that piece for $3,000. I chose not to let them do that. They cha ged my oil, changed my fuel filters and rotated my tires for $300. This is $100 more than I typically pay at my independent shop. In the past it has taken me 30-45 minutes to get my truck pulled around and get checked out. I thought I could out smart these time wasters by calling ahead and having my truck pulled around and waiting on me. They has my truck pulled around, but the paperwork was not at the register, so I got to wait around for half an hour while the cashier tracked down Don, the service rep, to get my paperwork and check me out. If you haven’t been keeping score, that is Bill Utter Ford 3, Jeff 0.
