Faith restored

Have had my truck here several times for service. Recently had my truck in to have my starter replaced and it wasn’t the greatest experience of my life. I will give a great deal of credit to the owner . Once he found out he quickly reached out and remedied everything. The owner of this company proved to me he truly cares about his customers and I would recommend them to anyone.

Always do a great job.

Greg is very knowledgeable and friendly. Always keeps us updated and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Waiting room is clean and always has coffee and water. Simply a good experience.

Great job!

Cory did a great job by calling and letting me know about the trade-in incentives and getting me a good deal without all the hassles of haggling back and forth. I am so glad he showed me this new Ruby Red Raptor after I was waffling on the black ones.

Bent Over Backward

Michael bent over backward to fund the vehicle I wnted as well as fix the challenges we had on a orior visit! Third Edge from here and folks are a customer too!

This experience was good

This experience was good. First time Don was my adviser and he kept me informed although it took over a week for techs to figure out the issue. Previous experience were very bad, so would not recommend, but I have the extended warranty so feel locked in. As long as I receive service as Don provided. I am very unhappy with the finance gentlemen who sold me the extended warranty. It was my fault for not reading every word. But 3 times he assured me this was a Bill Utter Warranty not something through an insurance company. That it would cover everything that the factory warranty covered throughout the warranty period plus some. Should have known better, but because I have bought every car from Dole Chaffin in the past decades(note we are not related) I placed blind faith in the finance guy that sold me on this. I am very disappointed in his misrepresentation. But I understand a verbal conversation is he said he said and so live and learn. None the less I will not trust a Bill Utter employee again.

Quick, straight forward, and clear!

Worked with Danny who was straight forward, clear about what would happen and professional. They had 2 recalls do, battery & state inspection and it was done in 2 hours even after I said I could come in a day or two for the car. Appreciate it all!

Simply the BEST

Phil Tysinger > everyone else. From the first communication to the follow up after purchase this guy exceeded all expectations. The finance department also did an outstanding job and very quick. Kenneth Carter was very informative and even found a way to lower my payment. Hats off to this team. I will be back for sure!!!

Slow Diagnostic

Took a long time to find a bad wheel bearing. Ended up paying for a rental car for three days. Communication was a little slow.

Rough start but all worked out

Brought in my f150 for preventive maintenance service plugs,coils,wires,filters and things of that nature. That evening my wife went to pick up the truck it ran rough and the engine light was on. more than a little upset I went back to the dealer the next day,luckily it must have been something not too serious, they got it fixed in a few hours.

Body Shop Repair from 2 -18 wheeler collision

Debbie Sprabeary took my initial call after the wreck. She helped me coordinate bringing in my truck, getting into a rental truck and her thoughtfulness and caring attitude were exuded throughout the entire experience, start to finish. Jeffrey Rigsby was in charge of my repairs which lasted over 1 month. Jeffrey continuously kept me updated with repair progress, insurance status etc, throughout the entire process. His attention to detail on delivering me a perfect product was impressive.
