The Works plus

I needed oil change and scheduled an appointment for the works. I arrived early in the morning and was seated in the waiting room. My car came back with all changed and washed. Over and above what I requested. Nice and helpful people there.

Car Lease

I want to thank Mike R. for getting me the car I wanted. But, I am wondering why after I was told by leasing that I owed nothing on my returned car, I received a "Not A Bill" for $275.00? If I don't owe anything the this was not needed.

The ideal way to shop and buy a new vehicle

My buying experience couldn’t have gone any better. I got all of the information on F-150s I was looking for and had a detailed discussion on working out the price. I appreciate their no-pressure sales associates taking the time to answer all of my questions. Would definitely buy from them next time!

Excellent sale and service with this dealership

I have been a client of Bill Utter Ford for over 20 years, purchasing many new vehicles from this dealership. Working with Doyle Chaffin ( and earlier Gary Sweatman who went on to pastor a church, his calling) is a positive experience. The GM Carl Anderson is also an individual that I have come to know and respect over the years. Greg Hall my service adviser is the very best and well deserves special recognition for handling all my service needs in an excellent fashion. I have on occasion done business with the brother, Bob Utter, who owns a Ford dealership in Sherman, TX. Their body shop manager Troy Dyer is the very best, one who handles my body shop needs in a very excellent manner. I like both dealerships,and the vehicle I recently purchased was transferred by another Utter Ford store to Bill Utter Ford with Doyle Chaffin's apt assistance.

Bill Utter Ford in our family for 25+ years!

We've been using Bill Utter Ford for 25+ years. We've always been happy with the service we get. Fast, efficient, friendly. What more could you want? Except maybe a free F-150??!! (smile here...)

Service

Danny has helped us out on both our Fords, he's always willing to help. If something is needed he will call before any work is done on our vehicles. We trust him and Bill Utter Ford!

Very Positive

Drove past two other Ford dealers to go to Bill Utter. Great service department (Erin Bostick) ensured we got repair covered under warranty and reimbursement for tow. Community-based dealership that will make a deal like a large dealership without stealing your soul like Sam Pack.

Used truck purchase
