Great prompt, efficient professional service

Had cooling system flushed and vehicle detailed. Detailing was very impressive. Car looks like new. Flush went smoothly. I was provided courtesy shuttle service to and from the dealership. Everything went as smooth as glass; timely, courteous and professional. Everyone treats the vehicle owner like a member of the family

And did a good job of communicating with me

Our appointment was right on time Erin follow through with the things that needed to be done except we are not happy with the outcome on the brightness for the instrument panel lights it Has to be a very bright day out for that to kick on brighter When we looked at different ford products that was the plus that helped for her eyesight problems now we find out it turns off on bright days not happy with that outcome

Nothing was resolved

Unfortunately have a Lincoln with a bad air bag . Still waiting to get it fixed. It's not like I am a new customer as I have bought over a dozen cars an trucks from this dealer. I try to stay local but that may have to change

Check engine light

When my check engine light came on, I called and Erin got me in right away to determine the issue. I dropped my Escape off in the morning and it was ready by lunch. Erin called when the diagnostic was completed and made sure I understood what needed to be addressed. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Resolved my problems and was very honest on the cause and pa

I was disappointed that the correct parts were not installed in July but Greg A. Ordered the correct parts and repaired the problem! Greg was very professional and explained that the issue was their problem to correct! I appreciate his honesty and thoroughness with him communicating with me throughout the process!
