Experience and Personable Staff

Thanks for the assist Roberto. Was able to get in and out in a day which minimized my rental cost. Would have been nice to have a loaner available, however I did not want to wait.

Quick service with quality.

Able to drive in and get quick and reliable service. Friendly service personnel and a quiet place to get some work done with coffee to boot.

Good low-key Experience

I appreciated the honesty and total lack of pressure from Mike Rodriquez. I experienced the exact opposite from another local dealer. Mike and Bill Utter Ford wonmy business by being honest and straight forward.

Top Notch Service

I had a "check air suspension" message. I took my vehicle to Eddie Church. He battled the warranty company for me and got me fixed up in a jiffy. Eddie really cares! I wouldn't take my Navigator to anyone else! Thanks Eddie!

same as usual always fast friendly service

went for an oil change with no appointment and was in and out in about one and a half hours. you have nice comfortable waiting room.

Roberto Barrios Excellent Salesman

My wife and I went to the building right next door to Bill Utter ford to get a MRI. After we finished there we went to see if they had any Mustang's available as the choices in McKinney Texas were slim and we ended up buying a Camaro awhile back. I have always been a Mustang guy and have owned several of them over the years. I was in the Market for an Eco Boost and awhile back had cash in hand however the Craig's listing Mustang that I had in mind was a 2015 V6 convertible that had a salvaged title once I pulled the VIN. Very disappointed and no car I was sold on a Camaro after the Mustang again was not available that I wanted. I happened to have enough Equity in the Camaro and I was able to get a 2017 Eco Boost convertible from Bill Utter Ford. Roberto asked me what payment I needed and got me way into the ball park. I was even able to get a Bumper to Bumper warranty for just $35 more on my payment. I can take it to any Ford dealership and will be worry free for the next 6 years or 100k miles. I got the color I love and the car is so awesome. Thank you Roberto and Bill Utter Ford. Very happy customer.!!!!!

I switched from Grapevine Lincoln

I have two Lincolns. My 2009 has always been serviced at Bill Utter. My 2015 had to be serviced at a Lincoln dealership while it was in warranty but now that it’s past the warranty period I’m switching back to Bill Utter. Grapevine Lincoln has gotten so expensive and I know the service is not better for more money. I have 203,000+ miles on my older car which Bill Utter Ford has always serviced and I have never had a major repair. The service guys are great too. Thank John for helping me yesterday.
