Great!! Very Fast and Complete!
Eddie was great!! I called about having recall work done and he scheduled me for an appointment this past Friday. He said that the work may take a while due to the service department being busy. So I planned accordingly! I arrived pretty early and Eddie said that his team hasn't arrived yet, so I went to waiting room and started doing some work... after about 30 minutes (give or take 10 minutes) Eddie calls me and says my truck was ready!!! I couldn't believe it!!! Eddie and his team took great care of me and my truck!! I was in and out in less than an hour! I was able to meet my other obligations that day due to the quickness of Eddie and his Team!!! Thanks Guys!!! Robert

Excellent service nice new waiting area
I’ve always like how I can get in to get my oil change especially on a Saturday. They have a brand new large comfy waiting area with huge windows so you can watch you vehicle being worked on.

Heard about Craig through a friend. Glad I went to Bill Utter. Pleasant experience and they did all they could to get us in the vehicle we wanted. Outstanding Experience - No Hassle, No Games, Quick & Easy
After months of online research, I decided it was time to purchase a new F-150. I went to Bill Utter Ford in Denton because of their stellar reputation. Jason Robinson was my salesperson, and boy was I pleased with his knowledge, attention to detail, and overall professionalism. He listened to what I wanted, and immediately had me test driving the exact trucks I was interested in. Jason didn't waste any time trying to "upsell" me on a higher trim. He kept it simple, thoroughly answered all my questions, and wasn't pushy in the least. I was very satisfied with the price and trade-in value offered. I've bought many new/used vehicles in my time, and this was easily the best experience I've ever had. Hopefully I won't be purchasing another vehicle for many many years, but when I do, I'll go back to Bill Utter Ford and ask for Jason Robinson.

Service was great as usual, except for one detail
So far, I have had entirely positive experiences in regard to servicing my 2013 Ford Focus at Bill Utter Ford, and Danny Morris offered great customer service, with which I was quite pleased. This time, I got a transmission module replaced (still under warranty), oil change, and a new battery. The only complaint I have is that I think I may have received a 26-point inspection instead of a 27-point inspection, because just a few days after having my car returned to me, my low tire pressure warning went off inside my car. I put air in my tires for free at a Quik Stop, so it wasn't a big deal, but I think that was supposed to happen while my car was at Bill Utter Ford. But hey, everybody slips up sometimes. I'm happy I haven't had any major problems with my car thus far, and I make sure to keep it well maintained.
