After bad service for several years at a fird dealer in Lewisville, I decided to try Bill Utter for servicing my expedition. Had a bad battery and wanted an oil change. Made an appoint on line and took it in. I waited for the service and they had it all completed in less than an hour. Waiting area great. The best dealer I’ve been to in a long time.

I was in and out within a day. A great initial price, so no need to further negotiate, and speedy paperwork process. Highly unusual in my experience.

I made an early afternoon appointment. In less than an hour from the time I arrived at the dealership, my truck was serviced and I was on my way home. Every staff member I interacted with was very professional.

Johnny listened to my description of the problems and saw that they were taken care of. Took a little longer than they expected so gave me a truck to drive overnight.
