They were so many things that I have to say "They were Great ". Bill Utter Ford Rocks. Very nice and courteous. All My Vehicles are service there.

Great people in the service center. Always polite and easy to deal with. They didn't have a loaner available due to large volume while dealing with a minor recall, so since I was waiting at the dealership for them to finish, they expedited my repair to minimize the time I spent waiting. Much appreciated!

My vehicle wouldn't start and I contacted Bill Utter on how I should handle the situation. Don Swift, a service manager, immediately acknowledged my problem, said to contact Ford Roadside Assistance, and set a service appointment for me. When I arrived Dillon immediately took the car in, remedied the problem and I was on my way within an hour. I trust this dealership to always do whats right. I have been a Bill Utter customer for years.

Greg Hall is your guy if you want great service! He really knows his stuff! He explained everything to us and gave us estimate before any work was done. Thank you Greg! The actual person who put the battery in didn't appear to be very confident in the job he was doing and we watched him just visiting in between with another technician. There were only four cars being serviced at the time we were there. He also forgot to check fluid levels as we requested so we had to go out after he parked our car to remind him. Being thorough is something we look for in places that service our vehicles.

Recent service required on my F150. Got an appointment that matched my schedule and I couldn't be happier. Service tech explained what I needed and I got it fixed and on with my errands. Excellent service. Highly recommend you use this dealer.
