Recall repair

Was very comfortable while waiting for the recall work to be done on my truck. Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I will be returning for other work on my vehicle.

New car repair service..

Overall I am satisfied with the service department. Very disappointed that this was the second repair in less than a month on a new car.

AMAZING SERVICE!!

Bill Utter Ford treated me like family! I never felt as if they were trying to force a sale on me. They seemed to do everything in there power to make sure i found my dream car for the best price. Customer satisfaction seemed to be there #1 priority. Amazing customer service, they will be my first dealership choice from now on!

Super honest and super friendly!

Doyle listened to our needs and budget then found us the perfect Escape! He was very thorough in explaining the options and benefits. He introduced us to Ken Carter who was very helpful as well! Ken and Doyle were able to help us get out of our upside down lease on a Nissan Rouge and still kept us in budget! He and Doyle and the General Manager Craig stayed after hours to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable with our purchase. My wife is absolutely in love with her new Escape and we are both in love with Bill Utter Ford. Customers for life!!!

AMAZING SERVICE

Timely, precise, courteous and professional. Johnny did a great job at explaining everything that was going to be done. He provided a timeline in which I could expect it to be done in, and it was right on the mark!!! I will DEFINTELY be back!

Best Service Center

I come in regularly for oil changes and scheduled maintenance. Eddie Church is hands down the best guy to work with. He treats me with the utmost respect, keeps me informed on my vehicle's status and keeps me on the road without incident. I've been working with Eddie for years and will always continue to do so! Been buying trucks from them for 20years. Best dealership around! Always treat me well and remember to contact me about new models I may be interested in. I just bout the new 2018 F150 Platnium Diesel and love it!

Best Dealership Ever

Best Dealership ever, My car was waiting for me when I got there, signed my papers, my sales guy Michael Rodriquez schooled me on the features of my car, and I was out. took maybe 30min. I have never had car experience like that, I was so impressed.

Top Notch Service Team

I love the service team at Bill Utter Ford, especially, Danny Morris. Danny takes the time to explain things to me, I trust him fully and I am confident that if he says I need something then I do. I would not buy a car or take my car anywhere else but Bill Utter Ford!
