Triage for Service Customers
I did not want to indicate whether I would "recommend" the service center. The staff is friendly and helpful - but there needs to be the ability triage oil service customers. Waiting 3 hours for an oil service is tough. Luckily I had things I could work on while waiting - but given how busy the dealership is - it would be good for them to be able to "flex" for those super busy periods like weekends when it is most possible to take your vehicle in. I work week days and I would LIKE to keep taking my car to Udder for service, but given the time it takes, it may have to be re-thought. I know that the dealer LIKES to keep the service in house - it is a good source of revenue. But until the time impact is figured out - our family may have to take an alternate route with another Ford Dealer closer to our home - or to a 3rd party for oil changes.

from the wright up though the paying the bill all went sooth was called back and kept in the loop the hole time had exceptional visits

Felt like Family
The service at Bill Utter Ford is second to none. They make the car buying experience (which can be a beating) a great experience. All I can say is the I left their dealership feeling like I got the deal. Never had that feeling leaving a dealership in my other experiences. My wife will be needing a new car soon and there is no doubt we will be heading to see Bill Utter Ford to make it happen for her. Thanks!

Vehicle Inspection
For almost 10 years Bill Utter has been my "go-to" for vehicle service. They've always been perfect, so this is just a suggestion to improve a one-time glitch. Took my Ford F-150 in last week for a vehicle inspection. Work done, but I left there without being provided a copy of the state vehicle inspection form included with my other paperwork, which I discovered later that day at the DMV when I went to renew my vehicle registration. Call BU and was told there printer was down and it would be forwarded to the state the next day and I would be able to renew on-line. I also was told I would receive a call confirming this had been done. 72 hours later, no phone call confirmation and l am still unable to renew online. Called BU again this morning and the situation is still unresolved. I would recommend that all vehicle inspection forms be printed and included with the receipt/paperwork; and that customer be informed if there is any issue on-site that will delay the online registration.

All around great service
From the first person I spoke with to the last the customer service was excellent. I took my car in on Friday and Mr. John Witt kept me updated every step of the way until I picked my car up on Monday. They sent a courtesy car to pick me up and the driver was very nice.

Great service, good people
My truck needed some work done on it, out of warranty. Prices were reasonable, service great. Checked on new truck too while waiting. My usual sales individual was gone for the day but Kyle Hodges offered to assist me. Very polite and knowledgeable young man. Greg Hall has been my service adviser for many years and has always treated my business very fairly and timely. He is excellent to work with when getting service on my vehicles. Very professional individual who handles my needs very positively.

Great Service from Great People
I was having problems with my brand-new truck which is why I had to go to the service center. I was frustrated that I had a problem with a brand new vehicle and Erin Bostick at the service center understood my frustration and did her best to make the experience as painless as possible. In the end, Tom McGarvey and Steve Davidson really stepped up and took care of me. Also, Denise Wolf is a pleasure to deal with. Overall, I'm a very happy customer.

Oil change
I came in without an appointment.. I was assisted immediately. I was told an approximate time frame to expect the service to be completed in, and my car was done even before the expected completion. It was a very simple, convenient process.

Oil Change and vehicle inspection
The Bill Utter Ford service team is always great and professional. Their prices are reasonable as well. However, on this last visit it took 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection on my 96' Ford Bronco. Not sure what took so long on this visit, but typically they are pretty quick.
