They took car of my truck and completed the job quickly

They have a good service program - they do what they will say they will do! The waiting area is nice, the dealership is clean people are friendly.

Bill Utter Service Dept.

I took my F250 Diesel in to get the trans fluid changed. Landon was very informative and the work was done quickly, even though they had all working day to get it done. They even washed it for me. They gave me a list of items that will need addressing in the future and checked it for recalls. I was very happy with the service I received and will be going back in the future.

Ease of Visit

I went to Bill Utter Ford because of it being a family owned business. I had previously had gotten 3 vehicles from another Ford dealership. However every time I went for service I stop by sales to say hi. Well they all left, the dealership never had another salesman do a follow-up call. When I went Bill Utter Ford I was met by Jason Robinson. He showed me around the lot looking for a specific optioned F-150. Jason and Bill Cooper helped with various payment plans. The only reason I didn't get the F-150 was I still owe on my Fusion. Jason will get a sale. Just later in the year.

Bill Utter Dealership

Miguel was one of the best salesman that I have had the opportunity to work with in buying my first new F150 Truck. Highly recommend him. Denise was also great in pointing out the accessories that I wanted and how they worked so I could make.the.right choices.

Convenient, quick and complete

The phone receptionist made scheduling convienent by accepting my request for a time I could arrive. Even though I arrived 30 minutes early to my service appointment, my car was taken quickly to begin maintenance. During and after the service appointment, I was kept updated on the progress and condition of my car. The check out clerk was pleasant and explained the charges completely. Great experience

Stellar Service ,

Perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. My purchasing experience involved several months of searching for two very specific trucks for my dad and myself. Although we were unable to locate a truck for my dad, the Bill Utter Ford staff continued their expert and kind service throughout all of my “no thank you, that’s not the truck we’re looking for” responses. Their efforts, exceptional quality and good nature is what brought me back when looking for a second vehicle. Jason Robinson, Kim Payne and Denise Wolfe all assisted me, personalizing my needs and never tiring of my next question, conveying a sense of urgency for my requests and finding the answers in an expedient manner. Most importantly, they communicated clearly, kept me informed and displayed a much appreciated measure of common sense. Thank you.

Second great experience!

This is the second time I've leased a new Ford from Bill Utter Ford (& Doyle Chaffin). Great experience both times. No runaround & in & out of dealership in 30 minutes. Definitely worth the drive to Denton!

Sales team listens & acts!

I chose for this F-150 purchase to deal with Bill Utter Ford, before looking any further, strictly based on treatment by their service department a few years ago, when they helped on a warranty issue with my Ford Edge, twice. Upon departure from my last trip to their service department, because of the professional treatment, punctuality, kindness & waiting room atmosphere, I told the service manager I would be purchasing my next vehicle from Bill Utter Ford. As promised, 3 years later, I arrived at the show room at noon on Saturday, to be met by Laura & Randy Briggs. I'm a seasoned purchaser of vehicles, and because of research I knew exactly what I wanted. Because of a 3-hour specific time constraint, I was determined to leave by 3pm, with a new vehicle. Randy & Laura were quick to listen to my needs & desires, and they, Denise in Accessories & Michael in Financing, moved rapidly to get me in and out by 3pm, without any haggling. I very much appreciate the treatment & courtesy I received, as one of the least favorite things in life is purchasing a new vehicle. I will return to Bill Utter Ford in the near future to purchase another Ford from Randy Briggs & the team. So should you...

Oil change and tire rotation

It’s was fine. Just need them to put proper tire pressure in tires when they rotate them. They always forget to lower the tire pressure on front tires. 40 up front 71 in back.
