Excellent service - Jim Houghton and Kyle Hodges
My experience at Bill Utter Ford was wonderful. Jim and Kyle were very helpful. Jim Houghton called me immediately after I input my list of what I would like to have in a vehicle. Then when I visited Bill Utter Ford and met Jim in person and also Kyle Hodges, it was like they knew exactly what I wanted. After I had chosen a Ford Exployer, Kyle went over the features of my new vehicle. He helped me set up my phone to sink with my vehicle. Everyone was so friendly, nice and very patient. Kyle followed up with me about my new Exployer. He also text me information 2 days later that has helped me learn all the great features on my Exployer. Also my experience with the Finance Manager Kenneth Carter was very pleasant. He answered all my questions and explained things I needed to know. I am and will continue to tell all my friends about how friendly, nice and helpful the Bill Utter employees that worked to get me in my new red Ford Exployer!!! Fantastic Dealership.

Highly satisfied
Greg Hall was absolutely fantastic!!!! I travelled from SW Missouri to attend the Nascar races but my truck was loosing power. Greg worked me in to a tech who thoroughly checked out the problem. Although no problems were discovered I am highly satisfied with the service Greg provided. I am now able to continue my trip on to Arizona with confidence knowing my truck had been thoroughly checked out. Greg is a WINNER and the service department and dealership is miles ahead of the competition because of Greg and his quality service, and awesome people skilks.

Great General Manager - Craig Bowen
Mr. Utter should be very proud of the way Mr. Bowen handles problems and concerns at the dealership. I came in for a simple oil change on my Ford maintance policy and was surprised with the greeter and his disrespective attitude. But this was not the first time I had this problem at the service drive. But just like the first time, I was not just letting this go. I am a senior lady and have earned my right to respect. But just like the first time I ask Mr. Bowen's help with my concerns. He sat and let me tell him my story, he ask if he could walk me out - like a gentleman and he took me to the service drive and turn me over to my service writer Dillon. Mr. Bowen assured me he would be speaking to the greeter about this and will use this as a training step for him. My service writer was Dillon Love, a very qualified young man with perfect manners and lots of knowledge about his job. It was a pleasure speaking with him. Keep up the great work you are a star in my book! Thanks

great salesman Doyle Chaffin
Sales process easy. Made fair offer for trade in. Closing process was easy. Greeted friendly coming in by Brittany. Called Carl for an appointment and he set me up with Doyle Chaffin. Pain free process. In and out in less than an hour.

New car buyer
Great experience at Bill Utter Ford. Was my very first time to purchase a car all by myself. Everyone made it easy and I felt very comfortable with the transaction. Looking forward to continuing my relationship with this dealership through routine maintenance and followup. Recall fix, not so much
I took my Escape in for the door latch recall. Imagine my surprise when, after the fix, my door flew open as I was driving! Apparently- the door latch - which never caused an issue before now sticks and thus allows the door to fly open. So, I called to let Bill Utter Ford know of the issue and was told to absolutely bring it back on Monday and they would get it right in...unless it’s after 5pm, the technicians go home at 5pm. They had no loaner car available, so I was unable to leave my vehicle. Hey Bill Utter- the correct response would have been, “let me find a car for you so we can correct this problem immediately”! On a high note, we are in the market for a new F 150 Super Crew and will not be shopping with them...I do not know the name of the person that “helped my husband” tonight. Erin was very helpful on Saturday.

Jason Robinson was great!!!
Jason Robinson took care of my new truck purchase with the greatest level of professionalism and patience. He took me thru the numerous trucks on the facility several times until I found the truck I was looking for. I was very pleased with the buying experience today. Radiator
Replace radiator due to faulty radiator, got to me quick , and finished in one day, and was concerned for the customer needs when came to finishing the repair!!!!
