They fixed a couple little dents for free, Toronto was very good to deal with, I would recommend going through these guys if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

John Witt in Service is as good as it gets!
John Witt, in the service department went above and beyond to accommodate our service request. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and answers the phone. These 3 attributes are not common these days. We will never hesitate to do business in the future with Bill Utter Ford as a result of our experience with John Witt.

2014 Taurus oil change
I was very pleased with the work and report about my the car check and oil change. I was disappointed to see the many black finger/hand marks inside my car. I was also disappointed that the car was not washed but maybe I am expecting too much!?

Very good
Fast and easy buying experience. I worked mostly with Kyle but the whole staff from start to finish where very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will probably be back when it's time for an upgrade.

Through a friend of mine, I was introduced to Jim Houghton. Even though I live in a different state, Jim was so helpful in finding the vehicle I was looking for, and even made contact with a dealership in my area to get the ball rolling. No Stress Car Buying
Everyone I came into contact with at Bill Utter Ford were professional, knowledgeable and personable. They made sure that I understood every step of the sales process and felt comfortable with it. Doyle Chaffin, Carl Anderson, Bill Cooper and Mike Lewis were all extremely considerate and helpful with my buying process. They were patient with me and made the purchase of my new Explorer very exciting and painless. Doyle took ample time to go over all the different features and systems included on my Explorer. F-150 Recalls
My 2016 F-150 has 3 factory recalls. Took it to Bill Utter Ford, the service today & they set up a repair date to get all the recalls handled at one time. Couldn’t ask for a better service manager (Randy) or service advisor to take care of Ford’s King Ranch P/U.

Pleasant to work with professionals
I bought here because of no pressure salesmanship and sales staff were professional and caring and patient. I think customer service is a high priority with them.
