Fixed Recall in my 2011 Ford Escape

Friendly people that wereable to get my car finished in a timely manner. Wish I had been told I could get a loaner car while mine was being fixed when I made my appointment. Had to have 2 different neighbors from Frisco give me rides back and forth to Denton

Great Service

My vehicle was in for major mechanical repairs. My service writer, Erin, kept me in the loop and was very friendly and accommodating. She’s awesom.

We had a very good experience.

Everyone was very helpful, polite and professional. We received a great trade-in amount for our 2014 Escape. We were lucky to find an Explorer we really liked right there on the lot with all the “bells and whistles” we wanted. We were there for several hours and Mike made sure all our needs were met. The following weekend we came back to have our windows tinted and have mud guards placed. The dealership gave us a loaner to use and we were able to drive back home where we could be comfortable waiting for the work to be done on our Explorer. We even were able to have lunch right there at the dealership where they were having a barbeque for their customers. “Thank you” Bill Utter Ford for a pleasant experience. Excellent service

Jason and everyone at Bill Utter Ford gave me excellent service. It was quick and the easiest car I ever bought. It was wonderful. I did everything by phone and online. Then went in to sign papers and pick up my new car. I was out in about an hour and 20 minutes or so.

Outstanding dealership

Had the best ever experience in purchasing a 2018 Ford F150 Platinum from Bill Utter Ford. Kim Payne was exceptional in understanding the vehicle I was interested in, along with the price and trade-in value I expected to get for my Truck. He was patient and never pushed us to purchase. We were also very pleased in working with Jim Houghton (Internet Sales) and Denise Wolfe (Aftermarket Accessories). I would recommend Bill Utter Ford to anyone wanting to purchase a new Ford Vehicle.

Oil change

7very good service with hardly any wait time to have my truck serviced. Service department personnel were friendly and did a good job explaining work to be done and length of wait time

Best customer service ever.
