Fantastic Experience
Mike was a very professional and extremely easy to work with. From the moment I stepped on the lot I felt as if I was welcomed as family to the dealer and not just there to buy a car. On Saturday they had a cookout for customers, great beverages, and a very nice show room. I felt like I could relax and knew all of my needs were being met. Mike from finance was also very professional and a pleasure to work with. It was the easiest checkout of any vehicle I've purchased. I bought a 2018 F150 and from test drive to the last signature on the paperwork, every single person at Bill Utter was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend buying your next Ford or getting service done at Bill Utter.

Good car buying experience
Jim Houghton is the internet manager; he is quiet and straightforward. Will Shropshire is the sale consultant; he is friendly and knowledgeable. Mike Lewis is the finance manager; he is helpful with good sense of humor. This trio combination is awesome because they worked with me on a deal that I believe it was fair and reasonable. I was in and out in less than 2 hours so I had plenty of time to drive my truck home (4.5 hours away). Another plus is the receptionist - she is beautiful and very nice (I forgot to ask for her name).

This was repeat business for us. We didn't even bother going to another Ford dealership for another truck. Salesperson, Kim, was great. No pressure. Really, none. Answered questions, very accommodating, let me drive whatever to see the options so I could be happy but also informed. Lots of questions, lots of options, lots of thoughts. We started with one thing and ended up going another direction. Not because the sales folks pressed us or anything, but because we weren't pressed. Freedom to ask, freedom to try out, and every step of the way they were considerate of our time.

I was pleased with the entire process of buying my F-150
I looked on the internet and found the pickup I wanted. Went tothe dealership and luckily was introduced to Kyle Hodges. He was very helpful during the test drive and courteous to a T.
