An outstanding experience at Bill Utter Ford

Our salesperson (Chris Blazo) was knowledgeably, professional, respectful and worked to make the experience pleasant. No high pressure to buy only to find you the right vehicle, so refreshing. Open disclosure on pricing and no high pressure to up sale at closing.

Outstanding Dealership

Amazing customer service! So appreciate Doyle Chaffin and the amount of time and patience he had with me as I contemplated over what was the best vehicle for me! Definitely will be going back when I need to buy my son a car.

Great selection of vehicles

Great selection of vehicles, Sales person Sebastian Lopez very knowledgeable of any vehicle, He found what we were looking for, I had a ton of questions and He had answers for everything, very happy with our F-150 4x4 awesome truck !!!

Extremely Happy Customer!

Excellent customer service.

I started buying Ford pickup from Bill Utter Ford in 2015, I have never had a bad experience with this dealership from sales to service. Doyle Chaffin is one outstanding sales person, that dealership is lucky to have. Thanks again Bill Utter Ford!

Mike Rodriquez/Excellent Customer Service

Mike did an excellent job. I was truly dreading the purchase process of a new vehicle based on previous experiences at other dealers. Mike met me at the door and let me talk and explain my situation before he engaged the discussion. This was an excellent start for me. After listening, he went to work on my behalf. He located exactly what I was looking for, he addressed my concerns relative to cost all the while communicating what he was going to do next. There were no surprises except to the fact that I left the dealership in a new F-150 later that day. Far exceeding my expectations. Equally, the process was painless. Mike walked us to the truck as we departed to ensure all of my questions had been addressed.

Exceptional service!

You will not find a more helpful dealership than Bill Utter Ford. I am simply amazed at how kind, helpful, and genuine these guys are. It puts whole new meaning to the phrase ?car salesmen? which often leaves a bad taste in your moth. Phil, Kent, and tabitha are all huge assets to this dealership and should be rewarded for their customer service. The place is clean, accommodating, and high quality. You will also find very solid vehicles in the pre owned department. Overall, my experience with Bill Utter was top notch and if I can give them all of my business, I will. Thanks guys!

2016 Lincoln MKX purchase experience

"Outstanding" customer experience and service. I had already done my homework and knew what I wanted to purchase prior to my initial visit to Bill Utter Ford. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by sales adviser Toronto Spikes and found the vehicle I wanted to purchase was currently being processed to another buyer pending financing approval. Though disappointing Toronto took my name and number should the deal fall through. Too my surprise he called me the very next afternoon that the vehicle I wanted became available. I immediately acted on the call and we completed the deal that same afternoon. Since the vehicle was a Valentine's gift for my wife and it was Valentine's Day I scored major points when she first saw the Lincoln MKX. My wife even noted what great people we encountered at the dealership. This is the way a vehicle purchase experience should occur.

Wonderful experience during our visit at the dealership

My sales agent was Toronto Spike. He is very professional and knowledgeable with all aspects of his job. There had been times when we had to get him to reconnect our cell phone in the car and he was very courteous and helped us without hesitation. He has been our salesman since 2005. If he was not good at what he does we would not have retained him as our personal salesman.

Service recall

The entire experience was so easy. Erin met me when I pulled in took the information and sent me up to the lounge to relax and in less than an hour the car was completed. Not what I expected, I expected to be there for hours. It was nice to have the work done properly and quickly. Will definitely recommend your dealership
