Got me right in with a mechanical problem. Diagnosed and resolved quickly. Reasonable pricing. I’ll be back. Danny Morris was very professional, helpful and friendly.

Great Experience!! Great team.

I bought my 2016 Lincoln MKX from a local Lincoln dealership. I have repeatedly had terrible experiences with the service departments at both Dallas area Lincoln dealerships. Erin Bostick stepped in and did a great job. So, when looking to trade in my Lincoln, I naturally looked to Bill Utter Ford for my replacement vehicle. I am now the proud owner of a 2018 Ford Explorer Platinum (Thank you, Monica Utter for relinquishing it to me). My entire team was superb from beginning to end. Every person that I have come in contact with has had a smile on their face. It is great working with people who enjoy their jobs! Thank you to everyone at Bill Utter Ford!

Customer Service Above and Beyond Everywhere Else

Bill Utter Ford is by far the best dealership experience I have had. In order to find the car that my son wanted, Craig Bowen had to complete a dealer trade. Well, when it arrived, I had given him the wrong information about the car and it was the wrong car (my fault). I felt horrible and was thinking of ways that we could accept this car, even though it wasn't what we were looking for. Craig then asked, "What car does your son want?", I told him and he said, without hesitation, "Then that's what we will get for him." And they did! My son loves the car and I was blown away by the level of service. Thank you Craig Bowen and Bill Utter Ford. You have a customer for life!

Fabulous Experience!

2018 F150 Platinum

My "hats off" to the team at Bill Utter Ford. I had a great truck buying experience. I enjoyed the fact that the entire team is solid and very straight forward. Every bit of the process as easy. From initial online discussions with Bill Hesters, then Easy Steve did great helping me with questions, Mike from finance was very accommodating and helpful, and Denise with a accessories answered all of my many questions.
