Pleasant shopping

We spent the whole day shopping all the car dealers in Denton. Bill Utter Ford was our last stop. This was the most low key shopping experience of the day. We were met outside by sales consultant Kim Payne. He was most helpful in finding us what we were looking for. We didn't buy that evening as we wanted to consider all the options. I called Kim on Monday morning asking about a different vehicle I saw on their website which had more options on it. He pulled the vehicle for me and I went back for a test drive. I said "This is mine". We went through with the purchase and then he came to the vehicle with us and patiently went through every detail and function. There were a lot! Can't thank Kim enough for all of his help! Best car shopping experience ever.

My New F150 Limited

I bought a new Ford F150 Limited from Bill Utter Ford last week and had a great experience. Adam Russell was my sales person and did a great job helping me to get a fair deal on my trade. He took his time allowing me to pick a few roads to drive on on the test drive, and went over every aspect of the truck. Denise Wolfe, the accessories/parts person, was very kind and a joy to work with. I haven't had a Ford for a long time, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality, technology, and comfort of this new truck, which for me, is a lot of fun and relaxing to drive. Ford did a great job on the 2018 trucks and you'll get a good deal and friendly people to help you at Bill Utter Ford in Denton. I give this dealership 5 stars.

Great Purchase Experience

Sabastian was very easy to work with and wasn't pushy. He listened to what I said I was looking for and made my buying experience a good one. I would definitely work with Sabastian again when buying a used car.

Consistent with helping the customers best interests

We had to jump through so many hoops in order for me to be able to get a car and the help I received really was consistent. It definitely was frustrating for everyone so the patience and ongoing help was very much appreciated.

So easy to work with!

Kim Payne was so easy to work with. He was always willing to answer my questions, he always returned my phone calls promptly, and never gave me the "run around" on anything concerning my new car purchase! I highly recommend Kim Payne and Bill Utter Ford! Also, Kenneth Carter and Carl Anderson were equally helpful, friendly and understanding with getting me the price and financing for my particular situation. I have been buying my vehicles from Bill Utter Ford since 1984 and can't imagine buying from any other dealership!

Great Salesman

Great. Mr Bill from the internet sales team was just awesome. And easy Steve was a super helpful. Denise in aftermarket very nice, and Mike in finance was great.
