We have been going to Bill Utter for over 7 years now &

We have been going to Bill Utter for over 7 years now & recommending them to everyone. We will still always go to Phil for our cars but for service we are leery. I had an appt on Friday and got a call Thursday telling me they couldn’t do all I had my appt for. I showed up anyway in hopes they could. And they did! But then I was told I had metal on metal for my brakes and needed my brakes replaced and my hoses flushed which would have been another $370. I said no because my husband can do these things for us being a former mechanic. When he checked my brakes they are completely fine and they had to flush my hoses for a recall but also wanted to try and charge me? Not happy at all! I thought I could trust the service department and people who work on my car there, but apparently not and I need to be extra careful I don’t have something fixed that doesn’t even need to be! Very disappointed!

Joey was great.

Joey was great. No nonsense, got the work done quicker than expected. I already brought in another vehicle to service. I would definitely recommend.

Bill Utter Ford In Denton TX, has been an excellent dealership in my experience for their awesome Service dept. they are prompt, honest and most importantly they are always ready to provide an appointment without the repeated long hassle for finding a date. They are very mindful of the customer’s auto care needs and do a great job to making sure everyone of my needs and expectations are met with.
