IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A SUBARU, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO TO AUTO NATION SUBARU IN SCOTTSDALE. I RECENTLY LEASED A SUBARU FORRESTER (TOURING) FROM THEM THERE WAS NO HAGGLING OR ANY GAMES OTHER DEALERS TRY TO PLAY. I TOLD THEM WHAT I WANTED AND THEY GAVE ME A PRICE THAT I COULD LIVE WITH NO GAMES. I FOUND EVERYONE THERE TO BE PLEASANT AND VERY ACCOMODATING. MY SALES REP WAS COLTON BUT I ALSO HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER: SARA BISHOP AND ANOTHER SALES REP BRYAN. I LOVE THE CAR.

I had an issue with my hatchback(totally my fault) They were able to get me within an hour Marcus in the Service dept was amazing He let me know everything they needed to do and the timeline and price all up front Everyone and everything was done in a timely and friendly manner

Great service while buying a new car. We were kept up to date every week on when our car would be arriving. Didn’t take the usual long time on the day we picked up our new car. Everything went smoothly.

My first experience with Scottsdale dealership. My...

My first experience with Scottsdale dealership. My Outback battery died, it was mid-day, and thankfully I was able to get a jump and get it to this nearby dealership. From the moment I drove in-without appt-I was treated great. I was handed off to Steven Russo in the Service Dept for support and he was tremendous. He was very professional and had excellent communication skills. Overall experience could not have been better. I rarely write reviews, but it’s important to recognize this caliber of service. It makes a difference. Prior experience with Chandler delaership was very good, so I hope this type of service is indicative of what I can expect going forward.

I came in to have my coolant system checked under...

I came in to have my coolant system checked under warranty and mentioned the level was low when cold and there was air in the coolant system. This was the second time I’ve been in for this issue. Meeting with Steven both times. After waiting 2 hours I was told there are no issues with having air in my cooling system and everything was ok just as last time. After telling them I knew it wasn’t correct they said I would need to wait at least another hour for it to cool again Even though I had said it when I arrived. I requested my keys and will go to another dealership as I should not have to argue to have my car I’m paying for that’s under warranty fixed or even looked into to see the problem. They even tried to make me look like a bad guy in front of the showroom for wanting my car to run as it should acting like I was a problem. When I asked Steven if there was a manager there I was told there wasn’t which is pretty ridiculous if it’s true.

We had a battery problem with our Outback . We dropped it off at the dealership and they were able make the repair within an hour. Steven took care of everything very quickly and professionally. Excellent service.

Another great experience at AutoNation Scottsdale. I took my Subaru Ascent in for a regular maintenance. My service rep, Mike was very professional ( and personable). He had me in and out in less than an hour. The waiting lounge is excellent; providing comfortable seating and beverages.

Switched from the Camelback dealer after some truly...

Switched from the Camelback dealer after some truly terrible service there. I was happy to find Mike Harris, who had helped me with my car soon after the purchase. He is very knowledgeable and has gone the extra mile to help resolve my issues. They took my car in for diagnostics earlier than my 2p appt, and the results felt definitive, with a reasonable solution provided. I highly recommend this dealership over Camelback Subaru.

My experience has always been great but this last time...

My experience has always been great but this last time was especially great! Marcus was the Service Manager that helped me out and he was so nice in explaining everything as well as listening to my concerns. Definitely appreciated the explanation of my next maintenance milestone which will cost a fair amount of money… he explained so I would know what to expect… really appreciated that! It’s amazing how one person can really effect your experience! I’ll definitely be contacting him for my next service appointment.
