Not great service. My Outback driver assistance tech and infotainment system have issues. The infotainment system crashes, and is unreliable defaulting to last known settings. The driver monitoring system is distracting more than helpful, going off way to often. The dealership had no updates and could not fix any issues. Also the transmission/engine have a 3-4 second delay when accelerating, then launches off like a rocket. It needs to be more reactive and reliable. Again they hade no solution.

I came in to fix the passenger side mirror. They ordered the wrong part despite being told multiple times which part needed to be replaced. They damaged the driver side mirror. The service director Tommy Tufano was talking to me like I was an idiot and was giving me ride looks. Absolutely horrible experience. Nobody apologized for wasting 3 hours of my time. I got no updates as well. Not even an hour in. I left with more problems than I came in with. They do not value your time. I would give 0/5 stars if possible.
