There is nothing quite so comforting as knowing your service manager is going to take excellent care of your car and you. Mike is our go-to knowledgable guy. In for service
I brought my car in for its 18000 mile service. Also needed a couple of rattles fixed. All repairs were done on time as promised and the car was cleaner then I've ever been able to get it myself inside and out great job

Neglect on title paperwork after the sale !!
Dealership will not send title to us or our local DMV in Santa Monica as navy federal credit union requires. Therefore not able to finish California registration or title paperwork!! Asked 10 times in last 3 weeks !! To no avail , just a bunch of lip service from management who won?t connect us with title clerk or business office, so nothing is getting handled ! My next move is to file a complaint with city attorneys office.

Awesome experience
Great experience in buying my new car with Phillip Gabrail. The car was clean and sanitize when I arrived for a test drive, also the employees at autonation Subaru Scottsdale?s cares about their community because they were wearing mask. When I decided to buy the car I wasn?t pressured, Phillip was helpful to get the deal and interest rate that I want not what the dealer wants you to pay.

A Very Professional Experience!
The process was very professional (something that lacks at times in the Auto Industry). They were "Ultra" respectful regarding COVID. Autonation made a fair offer, inspected my vehicle and paid me what they offered! No games and No Headaches! I will go to them again the next time I have a vehicle to sell. Kudos to Brian and Ward!
