Just took my Outback in for its 24K complimentary service. I can't say enough good things about Steve Russo and the staff at Auto Nation Subaru in N. Scottsdale. I think, even more than the regular service, the relationship I have developed with Steve as my service advisor means a lot. I have stopped in on occasion without an appointment to have sensors checked or because I couldn't figure out something on the complex infotainment system. Steve just smiles and makes it good!

I got an appointment right away despite the busy schedule. Everyone was courteous and welcoming . The waiting lounge is clean and comfortable seating.
