Excellent car care
After a dreadful experience at Camelback Subaru, I drove up to AutoNation the following morning. They fixed my AC promptly and I was treated with courtesy and respect and found the short wait very comfortable on their nice cushy sofa with my book. Take my advice . Go to AutoNation even if it is off your beaten path.

Subaru Forester
The sales associate was honest, knowledgeable and a good listener. He did not try to sell me anything I did not want or need. There was not a blue Forester on the lot, so he worked to get one delivered the next day and was happy to go the ' extra mile'.

Recall work on Fuel pump
Brought our 2019 Suburu Outback in for recall repairs on the fuel pump. As they told me on the phone when I scheduled it would be about something less than two hours and Mike who handled my service lived up to it. When I came back from a walk the car was sitting outside and Mike was just doing the paperwork. He mentioned he rolled the windows down partially because there was a smell of gas in the car , because they actually do the replacement from inside the car. It had a very strong smell of gas and still does a day later. I am not sure about the replacement fuel pump, but I know I came in with a little under a full tank and drove 13 miles home and have a 1/2 full tank. Something is amiss.

Great Service At Autonation Subaru
Great service/maintenance work at Autonation Subaru of Scottsdale. The drop-off is convenient and the scheduled maintenance was done in a timely manner as I waited in the showroom/lounge area for my car. They used disposable seat covers and mats while using masks to perform their work. The synthetic oil change, fluids checks, tire rotation, and car wash was done in a reasonable amount of time and returned to me as spotless as new.

TJ, salesmen was nice and professional. All of the front office personnel was friendly. I don?t care for the guy that trying to sell us additional warranty: Scott, he is very demanding. Spending 4 hours for them to do the paperwork was not expected. Giving Scott $20,000 deposit and didn?t get to take the car home, until we have to bring our trade in.
