My experience at Master Buick GMC in Augusta, GA on 8 March 2024 was exceptional, from scheduling to vehicle pickup. Mr. Charles Williams, a consummate professional, ensured every detail was taken care of. The day before I dropped off my vehicle, Mr. Charles patiently walked me through the necessary services, considering our conversation about my vehicle?s issues. His recommendations were excellent, and he wasn?t pushy. On the day of service, he went above and beyond, keeping me informed via email and phone (since I had to attend a funeral out of town). We picked up our vehicle with confidence, knowing the services were performed meticulously. Thank you, Buick of Augusta and Mr. Charles Williams?we are truly grateful

Terrible Service in the Service Department
I had an appointment scheduled on May 3, 2023 for May 10, 2023 to have my Sirius Radio checked again because it would momentarily cut out and come back on again periodically after having the system being given a system download upgrade, Also getting the Alexa built in app added to my vehicle since I have the subscription I am paying for through OnStar and to have an accessory rear light bar put on my truck. I dropped it at 7:30 am for the 8:10 appointment. I was told that it could take all day to do what had to be done and I would get a phone call to come back and pick it up. I did not receive a phone call by 5:30pm so I called. I was told the truck was not even brought in to be serviced and that I would have to call the next day. I called the next day and found out that my truck would not even be serviced for maybe two more days. I found that totally unacceptable that you make an appointment for that day and your vehicle is not even serviced. So I went and picked up my truck and made another appointment for a week later hoping that they will service it that day and I get to pick it up. I will not after this service ever again use this dealerships service on my truck ever again. What is the sense of making an appointment on a day and it not even be serviced for maybe 2 additional days. Totally unacceptable.

New Vehicle Buying Process
Everyone from Frank, Eddie, Sue and Keith were absolutely wonderful in the process of me buying my new GMC Sierra 1500 Denali. They really made me feel appreciated. Frank(General Sales Manager) was great in giving me a wonderful price on my trade in, Eddie(Sales Manager) was wonderful in providing excellent discounts and cash incentives, Sue(Sales Person) was excellent in getting accessories transferred from my trade in vehicle, and then showing me and helping me through the process of the infotainment system on the new truck and Keith(Finance Manager) was excellent in the doing and going over the finance options that saved me lots of money on financing. I highly recommend Masters Buick GMC to buy a new or even a used vehicle.
