They broke my car and would not admit to it.
They broke my car and would not admit to it. I had to take it to another place and spend thousands on repairs. Very rude staff.

The experience was disappointing.
The experience was disappointing. I received the proverbial, "I'll work with you", and "What do I have to do to earn your business?" jargon. However, I did not receive any concessions whatsoever. I asked for two keys instead of one. Instead, I was charged for the additional key, and it was added to my loan. I had to demand it to be removed and paid Cash. Why would I want to finance a key? My purchase was just another deal to Grant. Upon pickup, Grant had been promoted so he did not personally deliver my vehicle. I inspected the vehicle and discovered that it had not been cleaned, nor filled with gas as promised. Also, I had to return to the dealership twice for my additional key. I did not receive my key again the second time. Finally, I arranged a personal appointment with Car Keys Express to secure the key that I was charged $250.00 for three weeks after purchase. I'm very satisfied with the vehicle. This is my second poor sales experience at John Thornton Chevrolet. On another note the Finance Manager Charice Blakney, was very thorough and efficient.
