Pruitt ford picked up my truck and serviced it and returned it after it was over and they kept me informed of everything being done.

I dropped my car off at Pruitt Ford over 2 months ago I paid them $5,000 to get this and that and this and that this was wrong and that was wrong and I finally got my car back yesterday they told me they had to do some stuff on my braking system and they had to repair this and that on my ignition well as soon as the man dropped my car off I went to my father's house right down the street by brake system locked up my steering wheel locked up and I ran straight into my father's house I've never had a traffic ticket I've never been in an accident I had no control over my car whatsoever they took and put a new computer in my car and then when I try to restart it it wouldn't start I don't know what the xxxx happened next thing I know there's three police at my father's house thinking that I just rammed into his house my best friend my father I had no control over my braking system or my steering wheel and now the whole front end of my car is completely smashed in and I just got it back yesterday from Pruitt Ford do not take your car there and I'm going to sue y'all and I told you again you said you had it fixed I didn't pay $5,000 for me not to have control over my braking system or my steering wheel so yes I am suing put forward do not take your car there I pay them $5,000 if you come and look at my car it's a $40,000 car paid for then now the whole front end is wrecked and I just got it back yesterday after 2 months and $5,000 now the whole front end of my car is caved in because my braking system failed and my steering wheel locked up and I have proof of everything do not take your car to these people and prove it forward I'm suing you and that can put my car on a computer and it's going to show and you said you put a new ignition switch in my car it's the same one because it won't start now now my car won't start again sometimes it starts sometimes it don't so I'm going to hire a lawyer and let them put my car in the computer system and I'm suing y'all for my $40,000 car that is completely smashed in cuz I had no control over my breaking system and in my paperwork it shows your worked on some kind of sensors and my steering wheel just completely locked up and it's still locked up there's something very very wrong with you people luckily I didn't hit a human being and I am suing you I'm taking my car and having it towed to a lawyer's tomorrow and they can put it on the computer and find out exactly what the f*** y'all did to my car and yes I'm suing your company my name is Shelly North the whole front end of my car smashed in and I just drove it for 5 seconds down the street to my dad's house I didn't spend $5,000 to pull into my dad's driveway

I asked about the Ford 150 and was told it was a cash car, no financing. I thought the truck had very few miles on it and I commented to such. It went silent, I thought maybe he might have more to say. I got the idea he wasn't interested in talking about a cash car.
