Well, I used to be a 100% fan of this place, but since I told them I couldn't buy another car (too expensive now), after more than 20 years of my loyalty they are turning into xxxxxxxx. I am not speaking about the service, or internet sales department as they have been excellent the whole time, but one or two people I've spoken to in finance since I asked to terminate my lease have been less than polite..I'm in sales and you would think that people who have given you that many years of business would be thankful. But I guess since I am not a millionaire, I don't count anymore. Alba, Patty, and Dennis this is not related to you at all..you have all been wonderful for the last 20+ years.

The service was excellent as was the car wash.

The service was excellent as was the car wash. However, we had an incident with the advertised oil change price. We were sent a card which didn’t indicate it was a coupon. We had to go home to retrieve the card to obtain the advertised price. The fact that it has an expiration date does not indicate it’s a coupon. It only indicates the price has an expiration date.

This is the first time I've personally bought a vehicle

This is the first time I've personally bought a vehicle from Infiniti of Thousand Oaks, but my family had purchased from them over 20 years ago, and I can say with certainty that the quality of service from their sales reps are one of the best in the industry and have stayed that way. My first interactions with Kevin when I stepped into the lot were warm, welcome and the most accommodating I've experienced. The vehicle I was interested in from their online catalogue is what I wanted to see first and Kevin gave me the full rundown from A-Z on what was included, any pros and cons and gave me honest answers to all my questions. After a few days of thinking it over, I went ahead with striking a deal and left the lot a lot happier than before I came in. I want to thank him and everyone else who is at the Thousand Oaks location for the stellar service and to state that they are the best example of an A1 car dealership. A real class act.
