Best price with excellent hospitality

After searching and going to three Infiniti Dealers nearby close to my home I finally received the lowest price for leasing a new Q50 just over the phone speaking to Delan and upon arriving I received an outstanding personal service by Edwin Alas. Not only they honered the price quote over the phone but I also enjoyed the cordial and respect I had received which not too often you ger from any Auto dealership. If you want the best price and quality service this is the one no matter how far you have to go. I drove from Los Angeles and to my suprise I also spoke to other buyers there from Santa Barbara stating exact same reasons as I had received.

Still waiting on my car mats

I bought a car from them last August. While they did sell me a ok car, I can't say that I was a fan of their service after I bought the car. After they detailed the car, brought it to me, I realized not only was the car not filled with gas, but I was missing the driver side floor mat. The salesman alerted me, and promised I would have one mailed to me within the week. It has been almost 6 months and I haven't heard from anyone. I've called 5 times and each time I have spoken to someone, but no one ever mails the mat, or follows up with me. Beyond that, I have also emailed them, and haven't received a response. Im certain they received the email, because I was using that same email address to reach them prior to the sale, and I was successful reaching them. I would drive there, but I live more than an hour away, and LA traffic is too crazy. Update 3/18/2018 I'm guessing the dealer saw this review, or any other review I have written, because they reached out to me and promised to send me a floor mat. Well, the floor mat arrived two days ago, and I'm even more disappointed than I was before. They sent me a dirty floor mat. I bought the car used, so I didnt expect them to send me a new mat, but I definitely don't think its acceptable to send a dirty mat. There's literally sand in the box it arrived in. I don't believe I can upload pictures here, which is a bummer, but the floor mat is extremely dirty. It's stained on the front, the letters QX70 are brown, and theres actual dirt/ sand on the back of it. I won't even bother putting it in my car.

Great Dealership. honest transaction

We are an out of state buyer and purchased our 2018 qx80 vehicle from infiniti of Thousands Oaks. We had visited or talked to many dealers before talking to Dennis at the Infiniti of TO. All process was hassle free and we worked with Dennis to make the deal without even visiting the dealership!!. I highly respect the honesty of this dealership and incredible pricing offer that no other dealer was able to match or even offer. After the deal was finalized, I visited the dealership, met the staff, signed paperwork and was able to leave in a matter of an hour. No overselling or gimmick and whole transaction was very smooth. We arranged our own transporter for shipment, and the vehicle was delivered to our home without any issues.

My daughter and I were treated like royalty by Sandy and Dylan Young. They worked on the perfect deal for almost a week, finding the Infinity package that met our needs. Dealership in Free Fall!!

I went to service and went to pay my bill. I got my brand new car from this dealer. The cashier was not precisely the most attentive person in the agency, so I decided to call to leave my feedback. I was transferred from Tiffany (receptionist) to a Manager, by the same Sandy. When I suggest him to encourage his staff to smile more, he responded: "I cannot tell them what to do or when do they need to smile..." I was shocked to hear his answer. No wonder the service quality has gone down the hill. If the actual leaders of that dealership think the way Mr. Sandy does, no wonder why.... I was so badly impressed! I will bring my car to another dealer definitely! So my question is 13 Years of Circle of Excellence?? Where, when, howww...

We apologize for your experience. The mistake was a clerical error, which we fixed as soon as it was identified through an immediate credit to your credit card. The 3-5 day wait is due to procedures with MasterCard, otherwise we would have credited you immediately. We again are sorry for this inconvenience. Great people, products and dealership!!!!!

Just had the best time buying a used car from this dealership, the sales person treated me like a person not a pay check! Just came from a dealer down in Oxnard and it was the complete opposite , they didn't look me in the eyes and they lied to me. The guys at Infiniti of Thousand oaks were straight forward and went above and beyond, I will tell my friends family and anyone interested in a great new or used car to go see Phil Mechanick and he will surely take care of you.
