I found them very fair when I purchased the vehicles and appreciate the way they have cared for them as well. The service personnel are always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful in maintaining them. When I purchase my next Infiniti, it will definitely be from Infiniti of Thousand Oaks. 😊

Great customer service. As always the staff provides great welcoming service , and while you’re waiting. I made appointment to have my oil change that said it would take a hour to a hour and half, but it took a little more than two hours.

Alba is always a great person to go to for service! Everything was taken care of that we wanted done - and on top of that, we got a free car wash!
