The service was great the service advisor was very informative. And gave me a tour of the waiting room and were the bathrooms we're. Everyone was really friendly i was very satisfied with the service

I had to go back the next day for a part hanging down in the passenger seat that my wife found when she got in the car the night of service. Now a day after service a check engine light has come on. I get the run around from your service department individuals. I have been inconvenienced already and now I have to go back to the dealership again. They offered to come pick up the car but not leave a car for me. How am I supposed to do the things I need to do?? That is not acceptable. This has been a horrific experience. And to make things worse, the manager Julio is never around and in my experience never helpful. Since Nicole left the service department has been fair at best.
