My experience with Kirby Subaru has been excellent. Personal in the front office have always been professional and helpful.

We recently had the pleasure of purchasing our new car from Kirby Subaru in Ventura, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I want to thank Rick Mueller for helping me lease my 2024 Subaru Outback Touring XT. It is an amazing care and Rick made it happen for me. I wanted to lease the Solterra (all EV) but because of the lackluster range, charging speed/time and this being the first generation, I will skip this for now. Good news is in the the next couple of years Subaru will be introducing their hybrid vehicle or vehicles. Can't wait when Subaru do announce the hybrids. Thank you Rick! I believe this is my second Subaru from you.

I had a fantastic experience at Kirby Subaru. I was able to find a car I really liked that was also close to my budget. I interacted with both Mark and Robert who were friendly and welcoming. Robert made sure to go into detail with me about the car before I decided to buy - what features it had, etc. Making the purchase was also very straightforward. I love the warranties and the car services they offer, it feels reassuring to know I’m not alone if a problem crops up. They even have roadside assistance!

My experience with Kirby Subaru was great! I walked on to the lot and saw the car I wanted right away. Tim Miller was walking out of the showroom door and came up to me, talked with me about what a good car it was and that was all it took. Tim and Val helped me every step of the way, it was a perfect experience all the way around. I’m now driving a car that I only dreamt about having. Tim also spent a fair amount of time explaining the car’s features and teaching me how to use my new car. Thank you for helping me through the process.

My custom car was delivered faster than I expected, and I genuinely feel like I could show up anytime with questions for the team and be welcomed and taken care of. Robert took care of everything.

Purchased my first new car from here and it was a positive experience! I was helped by Frederick "Rick" Mueller. He was knowledgeable of the cars and was very respectful that I was just shopping the first couple times I visited and didn't pressure a sale on me. I got a very good deal and I absolutely love my new forester!

We have always been pleased with all personnel at Kirby Subaru. We have been dealt with respect, kindness and fairness. This is especially applicable with salesman Tim Miller who is always knowledgeable about all the models. We specifically chose Tim for our second purchase after our initial purchase 3 yrs ago. Service Dept. is also accommodating and effective as is Adam in Finance. We will continue to do business with Kirby as long as we have confidence in the reliability of the product and feel that we were fairly treated.

What can I say, Rick did it again! this my Third car from Kirby Subaru and Rick is always the one who's making my wishes come true! my first lease OB Xt Onyx edition, my Wife's Forester Wilderness and now My very own Forester Wilderness He's always there Very helpful and always looking out for us always at your service with a smile .
