Kirby Subaru of Ventura

The month prior to me coming to Kirby Subaru of Ventura I purchase a different brand vehicle at a different dealorship. Being a single senior female, I feel I was taken advantage of and the negotiating for hours experience was terrible. Well that car was totaled in an accident a month later. So...I found myself having to purchase my second car in two months time. I started shopping once again but this time I stopped into Kirby of Ventura and started my search. The moment I stepped into the dealorship I felt taken care of every step of the way. They were by far the most honest, caring experience I've had while purchasing a vehicle. Not only that but their inventory was great. I highly recommend this dealorship to anyone. I'm loving my new Subaru and the experience buying it comes into the mix of appreciated it so very much!

This is the 2nd Subaru that we have purchased from Kirby Subaru, and specifically from Henry Garibay as our salesperson. Henry is always friendly, helpful and professional, even when we ask a question more than once. The entire sales team and staff are friendly and courteous and again, so pleasant answering questions. Henry made sure that we purchased the right car for our needs. We know that we can call the Kirby Dealership with any questions and will get the help we need. I would highly recommend purchasing not only a Subaru, but specifically from this dealership.

The sales team at Kirby Subaru was exceptional, and I was impressed by their genuine customer service. We recently purchased our first Subaru at Kirby Subaru of Ventura. From the moment my family walked onto the lot, we felt welcome and everyone we interacted with was kind and respectful, even to the point of quickly drying of a damp bench for my son to sit down. We specifically worked with Ricky in purchasing our new Ascent. He was super knowledgable about the car and never once did we feel pressure to make any decisions. Ricky worked with us to get a great deal in trading in our old car and made sure we got exactly what we wanted in our new Subaru. He kept in contact via text and calls as they prepared our car and even after we drove off, he has been quick to respond to any questions we have. Val in the finance department is so sweet and took the time to explain all options available for warranties and all other finance aspects. She never once pressured or tried to "upsell" us anything, plus she was super respectful in knowing our ties to the military. We also met JP who will help teach us more about the specific details of the tech and features of the car. We look forward to building our new car relationship with other members of the Kirby Subaru of Ventura family.

I am so happy to have met my new favorite car salesman, Rick Mueller. Hands down, the best experience I have ever had leasing a vehicle. From my first casual visit to endless texts over trim and color. Rick, you are a patient man. Little did I know I was purchasing a spaceship. Rick walked me through all the features in detail, grabbed my attention back when he saw my eyes start to glaze over. I learned more about a gas cap than I knew possible. I am blown away with what this car can do, I am fairly certain it is smarter than me. I am so happy I made the move to Subaru, I am never leaving!

Buying a new car can be an overwhelming experience with everything considered. But, I was at the total opposite because of my experience with Austin Dietz. My nervousness was gone but the excitement continued. All in all a great day! Keep it up!
