The Dreaded Check Engine Light

I was nervous being female, since I am clueless when it comes to cars. Craig greeted me right away making me feel very comfortable. Craig was very professional, knowledgeable and kept me very informed of the process of my SUV. The service was very fast got me in and out back on the road in no time.

Out Standing

The people that work there are very helpful from the beginning finding a vehicle to the financial part. The process was easy and faster then any other places I have been. Sean Moses was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explain how the process will go after we find the vehicle. We are enjoying are new car. Thanks to everyone that works there.

New Car

Josh Brewer was in the parking lot to great us which was great over some dealerships where we had to go ask for help. From that point on he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the various types of car we were looking into. Once we settled on a deal, Craig and Scott were as helpful and friendly as Josh. Nothing against this dealership but I HATE the process of getting to the final price. Why does a car dealership make you feel like you are pulling their teeth is beyond me. As a rule, everything else has a price, take it or leave it. Why is this disclaimer at the bottom of this survey, it is pretty bad when the people within the same industry can't trust its fellow members. I fill out a lot of questionnaires on other products and services and no other industry has a clause for internal sabotage.

Great customer service experience.

Dean was very professional waited on me in a timely manner. The service for the oil change was not a long wait. Dean explained the overall procedure that was done to the car. Joanna Crews is the main reason we did business with mtn view. She not only got myself riding, she also have my family members. She has started a family trend with this company. She does an outstanding job in sales. She goes beyond the call of saleswoman. Need more workers like her. Ready to keep the tradition going.

Prompt and knowledgeable service

I was met promptly as I pulled up to the Service Dept. The Service Writer was knowledgeable, and I was in and out of the Service Dept. within ten minutes of his estimate, and into the waiting area.

As a discriminating customer I was pleased to see Mt View Chevrolet go out of their way to accommodate my requests and provide this patron with quality service. Good work takes dedication and they have it !

Visited for Scheduled Maintenance

Upon arrival I was greeted right away. Craig got my truck right in and he got it to me right away as promised. I was beginning to think I had stopped at a quick lube instead of the Mtn View Chevy, the service was so quick.

Unprofessional environment

I don't recommend no one to MTN VIEW CHEVY....if you are a WOMAN they will not treat you fair as a MAN. Poorly customer service....ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE DEPT. I bring car there all the time for oil changes NEVER AGAIN!
