After purchasing our used vehicle, we discovered a "clunking" noise from the rear of the vehicle. We took it into the Rio Rancho QuickLane, and spoke to James Cordova. After a friendly greeting and conversation, Mr. Cordova assured us that everything will be fine and even offered a loaner car at NO CHARGE!!. We left the facility knowing our vehicle was in good hands. That afternoon, we recieved a call from Mr. Cordova explaining the issue with the vehicle, and that it was covered under our warranty! WOW!! He explained that parts did have to be ordered and promised our vehicle the next day, and as promised, he delivered again. Don Chalmers is very fortunate to have such an exemplary employee that goes above and beyond his job duties. Rest assured, we will definetly refer our friends and family to see James at the Rio Rancho Quicklane

Our experience with Mr.Santillanes is always of great pleasure. This is our 2nd vehicle purchase with Alfred, 5th overall from Don Chalmers Ford, and never had we a more honest, friendly, non-vexing salesman than Mr. Santillanes. In all honesty, we visited one dealer prior to calling Alfred, and in that short experience with "the other guys, we realized where the service/sales commitment was. (and thats No Bull!) Don Chalmers is a cut above the rest with the friendly atmosphere from all employees. We will continue to do all our buying from Alfred and Don Chalmers Ford.

This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had, and I've purchaced quite a few cars in the past 25 years. The salesman picked my wife and I up at the hospital for the test drive, so they new we didn't have any transportation. They did not exploit that to raise their bottom line. The negotiation didn't revolve around the manager game. Delivery of the car was done by a service technician walking us through a checklist. Everyone we worked with at the dealership was very professional.

I've been a BMW/Acura/Honda man for a long time but thought I'd give Ford another shot at my business (recognizing they did NOT take a govt bailout) and I'm glad I did. I have bought 8 cars from David Piazza.This sales person went above and beyond the call on every sale with me and my wife. David is very polite and helpful. This is why we go back and purchase from David Piazza. I would not go anywhere else , unless David went to another car dealership to sell there. I ask for something that needs to be done to a car before I purchase it and he makes it happen. In detail, warm and friendly environment, Mr. Yebra was very professional and well-dressed gentleman. He offered knowledgeable facts when assisting me to find a suitable vehicle, and very patient well I was test driving vehicles. He demonstrated the features and benefits of all the vehicles, I test drove. Mr. Yebra and the finance department negotiated a price, terms and conditions that made my purchase a pleasant experience suitable to my financial needs as well as my vehicle requirments.
