Recall

I got a letter from Ford in May saying there was a recall on my truck but not to worry about it unless you experience problems. It said a wrench will show up on your screen and the vehicle will down shift to 1st gear & will stay in 1st gear. Four months later I’m pulling up to a 4 way stop & as the truck is coasting to stop I see a wrench on the screen. When it’s my turn the truck only goes like 3 mph exactly how the letter described. I take the truck to Bob Moore & when it’s time to pick up they say it’s gonna cost $500 because it wasn’t the same thing as the recall. I’ve bought 2 new cars in my life & they’ve both been Fords. I feel like they ripped me off. I love my truck, its a 2013 Ford F-150 4x4 with a 6” lift kit. I might feel different about buying another Ford in 6 months but I won’t feel different about Bob Moore’s service department. The more people I tell the more I’m led to believe that they probably charged Ford for the recall work & then charged me also & someone put the money in their pocket.

Took vehicle in for Ac repairs

After tech diagnostics the compressor was replaced but AC still didn’t work when I picked the vehicle up. Then the Tech thought the condenser coil could be plugged and wanted to charge me another $1000 to change it out with no guarantees this was the issue. Called Diffy Ford the tech said it was an issue with a expansion valve. Very disappointed with the service you will no longer be servicing my fleet vehicles or working on my personal trucks

Carzy Price

the price was way too expensive. With the cost vehicles that we've purchased from this dealership we should get a break on oil change costs. first my vehicles services they charge me $100.00 with oil change and Rotation and balance. 2nd services they charge me $168.00 same services did first one.my vehicles was there for two days.

Warranty service

I called the dealership to schedule an appointment, Dusty answered the phone and got me scheduled for an appointment. I received emails reminding me of the appointment. When I went in for the service I was able to get in without delay. A comfortable experience. Dusty took care of the appointment and did some follow ups.

Recall service went as expected.

Service advisor had us bring the car in in the morning and called for us to come pick it up early afternoon. Everything went as planned as is usually the case with BMF. If I ever receive a dealer rater again that REQUIRES a 25 word description you can count on me to pass.

Best service center

Makes my visit very easy. Answers all my questions. Always friendly, kind. Don't have to wait long but if I do furnishes a ride back home and pick up afterwards. Let's me know of any future service I might need and the price. Very happy. All of the workers are good but I feel Jeff is the one that goes a little beyond.

I was taken care of very well. I got into exactly what I wanted at the price range I wanted. I was also given a very nice loaner while they service and detail my SUV I bought until it's ready for pick up.
