Ford recall visit
The service personnel are very Courteous and bend over backwards to take care of your needs. No matter what my needs are the folks at the dealership do whatever it takes. I would recommend Bob Moore Ford to all of my friends when they purchase their next Ford truck or car.

And I’ve bought from a ton of dealerships. I called Mike Riebe directly on a Saturday to inquire about a used 2018 Expedition. I then sent him pictures and information for my trade. He called me back quickly with a trade-in amount and said he wanted to see the car in person to possibly offer more. I do not live in OKC so I had to set up an appointment for Monday. That Monday the dealership called me to confirm I was coming and assured me the vehicle was still available. I got their around 2pm - after some negotiations I got exactly what I wanted for my trade-in. By 7pm Everything was done and I was leaving with my new vehicle. So far so good - no issues with the SUV. Would recommend and will probably buy from them in the future.

Pleased with the experience
2003 F250 Super Duty with 6.0 liter Power Stroke diesel; problem began with "hard to start cold". After warm up at idle it would run fine. After a couple months with this symptom one day it would crank but would not start. After speaking with Dusty in the service department, I felt confident in the dealership's ability to diagnose and repair the problem so I had the truck towed to their shop. I knew it would take some time before they would be able to look at it but Dusty told me they would have a loaner car available in a couple of days. They gave me a ride home and a couple days later they sent a driver to pick me up so I could get the loaner car. The car was a very nice 2019 Ford Edge. It took about two weeks for them to get to my truck but they quickly diagnosed the problem. Dusty contacted me with an estimate of the repair cost. The repair was done in a timely manner and I was notified that it was ready. I returned the loaner car and paid for the repair and my truck was brought to the front of the dealership. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

Prompt service without an appointment, communicated well.
I didn’t buy vehicle from Bob Moore, Service means a lot to me and my investment. On two occasions now Bob Moore service department has taken care of my warranty and maintenance needs with prompt service without an appointment and I liked the way I was communicated with the text and call advising recommend other services and when my truck was ready to be picked up.

Over priced and damaged my truck.
They replaced my back up camera and when I picked up my truck there was a foot long scratch in my paint next to the backup camera that Iwas not there when i dropped off the truck.
