I had a fuel leak on my truck again. They replaced the leaking fuel pump. They replaced the leaking fuel pump under warranty because I had to have it replaced less than two years ago. All I had to pay for was a fitting that was about to break.

Everyone was very polite and helpful through the process of purchasing the truck. The price was exactly as negotiated. We have not visited the service department yet but hoping for a good experience there also.

Walked in not knowing what I even wanted and came out perfectly happy. Matt did an excellent job and showing me the different options and finance worked hard to get the deal done.

Communication, service, and shuttle service were all great. A mechanic road with me to identify the issue, they fixed it the next day. Pricing was consistent with national average but I got the confidence from having an actual ford mechanic work on my car. No one likes to drop cash on service but if you have to it feels like knowing it will be done right.
