Recall repairs

They were able to get me in quickly with an appointment, one that matched my schedule that week. The communication with perfect and the work seems to be very efficient. This is my second recall appointment with this dealership and I’d highly recommend them.

Great place to buy a Ford

They didn’t have the truck I wanted in stock. So the sales rep worked with me to build the truck i wanted. He kept me updated, and the truck was done over a month earlier than expected. When it came in it was perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received.

Oil change

Friendly people and quick service and that’s how you run a business. Also while waiting on truck was checked on by employees if we needed water or anything else.

Excellent customer service!

We had Ryan as our salesman. The process was straight to the point and a deal was made quickly and easily. We received excellent customer service from Ryan , Steve, and the finance department even after our car deal was made. They treat their customers right! We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. Ryan drove 4 hours to deliver our car so we didnt have to make the hike again, they also went out of their way to ensure our happiness with the vehicle. If we are in the market again we will be back !

Great service.

Great service with the purchase of a new car. Very direct sale person and very simple and fast process. Came to a quick agreement on a price and completed all paperwork very fast. I hate buying cars and this process has been the simplest and least painful yet.

The best car buying experience!

Brittany Trattner was absolutely amazing. She asked me a few key questions about what I was looking for and price range. She showed me a couple of options and I found one I loved. Jason Ackers, one of the managers, valued my trade in and didn't undervalue like a couple of other dealerships already had. While I was finishing up paperwork alot of other employees that passed by introduced themselves and said how much they valued my business. They get one thing right that most dealerships don't, customer service! In the end it should be about the customer and their satisfaction. I never once felt pressured to buy a vehicle! And when I did they were honest and told me it still needed to be serviced and detailed They gave me a loaner vehicle and when I had to work the day it was ready they were so chill about me having the loaner for another day. I will always recommend Bob Moore Ford as the easiest, most hassle free car buying experience that I have ever had.

Airbag replacement

Great service department, knowledgeable, friendly technicians. I was offered a ride home to wait on my Mustang, but declined, and opted to wait in their clean, comfortable waiting area.
