Best car buying experience!

Listen, no one WANTS to just go get a new car. The car buying process is full of confusion and dealing with pressure from car salesmen. However I am still somewhat shocked at how pleasant my car buying experience at Bob Moore Ford was! Brittany Trattner was an absolute pleasure to work with! The selection and buying process was the most hassle free car buying experience that I have ever experienced! She started off with a few key questions to ensure that she showed me things in my price point and with features that I wanted. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle and I'm extremely happy to have found one that I love! I would absolutely recommend to everyone to come here to at least look and find out how easy it is to get into your next car!

Question the validity

I had several recall notices on my vehicle when I contacted the service department. Upon arrival I was told that only one applied and one was an extension of airbag warranty and no others required service. I was told the vehicle would be completed that day but was not informed that it would not get completed until I call after the time it was to be completed. I was notified the next day that my battery needed to be replaced, the service tech had to jump my car 10 min from the time I parked it outside the service center . Not sure how that could be when I had not been having a problem with it. So $182 later I drove home felling that I had been taken advantage of, just questioning the services.

Great service

Service got me in on a Friday to leave my truck for a oil change. Service was on my terms and was very convenient for me!

Great service

I come to Bob Moore for service on my vehicle. They are always friendly, informative and efficient. Since I wait while they change my oil, they always get it done in a timely manner so I can be on my way to work.

Edge brake booster 2013

Disappointed that ford wouldn’t fix my brake booster. Known problem but my edge missed the date by 4 months..if possible please forward my comments to Mt Ford and ask him to reimburse me for the cost of repair! Thanks.

Great service

Came in for my first oil change on my F250 diesel without an appointment they got me right in. The waiting area was nice I did have to wait a little bit longer than expected but it all turned out great.
