Blown spark plug on my motor
I blew a spark plug out of the motor. Of course it was on one of my work trucks. It’s a 2016 E-350. I’m not naive enough to think that vehicles won’t break down but good grief, it’s a 3 year old work truck and I take immaculate care of it. That’s a side issue though. Bob Moore took great care of me and had me up and running within 24 hours. It cost about what i figured it should and while they were at it, I had them tune it up and change out every other plug. I don’t mind paying good money for good work. Jeff Gann helped me out and I can’t thank him enough, he is very customer service oriented and focused on getting the job done well. Thanks Jeff

Kyle Christian went above and beyond to make sure my experience was GREAT! I was impressed with how hard he worked, and the pace he was able to keep up while running around getting everything done for me. Bought a 2018 Raptor
