Dusty was a good service tech. He explained everything in detail and was very professional in my visit to the dealership. My car was taken care of and I plan to bring it back here for future maintenance needs.

I've been to another dealer because he was closer to my job, but never again. Bob Moore is a better value, more thorough, they truly care about me and my car. Dusty was great.

I've been here several times always the same right to business and I'm out of there most small repairs. I was kept informed have any other items noticed that would need repair in the future or replacement. No pressure to do those while there nice!

Bob Moore’s Ford Service Department has courteous, friendly service. They diagnosed my car’s air conditioning system and figured out the cause of the warm air. I was also kept up to date on the status of the repair.

These guys really did me a solid and fixed my Gt350 nice. They accepted my car on a Friday about an hour before close on Labor Day weekend. Scott P. was upfront with me and told me he would only trust his best guys to work on it whom work during the week days only. He gave me a nice loaner car and I was set as far as habimg a ride. End of the day tuesday the problem was diagnosed. By wednesday, midmorning I believe, the clutch was replaced. An approximately 24 hour turnaround from Tuesday when the mechanic made it in (Monday was a holiday) for transmission work... pretty impressive. The manager Scott kept me updated every step of the way. Chris was responsive and worked hard. Like I said, they really did me a solid.

Service technicians are always polite and go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant visit. My technician, Josh, took the time to double check a mistake I made online when booking my appointment. Very helpful and saved me money!
