Slow, but good, satisfied.

Satisfied and happy so far. Thank you for a car that going to provide many opportunities. Shoutout to the maintenance man for making sure we were doing good and making it feel welcoming. Great guy.

Recall on f150 transmission

You folks are amazing! Keep up the amazing job! They fixed our recall the very next morning after a phone call to check to see if I was calling the right place to handle this. Chris told me to be there The next day, I was and 1.5hrs total time I was back home :) great job y’all!

Costs

The parts should have been under warranty. The parts that I always need are never under warranty. My vehicle only has 40k miles. Parts and labor are way too high. I had a Chevrolet for 7 years previously and it was never in the shop. I've been in twice with this vehicle already at a costs of just under $1500. I will think have to think about buying another Ford product. My pickup has had a dead pedal since I bought it and still does after I brought it in the last time. Josh is not to blame.

2 weeks

Took almost two weeks to fix. I was without a truck for all this time and cost me with my business. I asked for a loaner twice and was ignored.

Always prompt and courteous.

Bob Moore has always done the service on my vehicle. Always a good job and prompt service. The waiting room is nice and clean as well as the whole dealership. My Service Advisor Dusty Rose (New to me) is very nice and was very helpful. I will be back for the next maintenance on my vehicle. Keep up the good work. Thank you!

Excellent customer service

Dusty my service advisor was super helpful getting my recall done on my car. He was quick and set realistic deadlines and met it without me sitting around waiting and calling for status updates all the time.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people

Staff was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. Was straight forward on there position and listen to mine and we came together to find a vehicle we wanted at a price we could agree on.
