Oil change

The service is very polite and gets your vehicle in as soon as possible. The service manager is always help full and take care of any problems.

Great service!

Josh in the service department couldn’t have been more helpful. Kept me informed of the progress on my car and was helpful in getting me transportation to and from the rental car location. Very positive experience. Their customer service was outstanding!

Oil and Filter Change

Bob Howard always does a good job but this time i had an issue with my service time. I scheduled my appointment online for 7am Saturday morning and showed up a few minutes early. When I arrived the gates were still locked until 7:05 then a guy pulled in next to me and opened them. I drove in and went to the service department door and waited until 7:30, then they opened the large doors and had me drive in. If your business hours have changed please update your appointment times online.

Ford F-150 repair

Courteous and professional. Diagnosed problems and took care of regular maintenance. They were not pushy and provided product knowledge and instilled the confidence level that allowed us to make decision and choices. Represents Ford Company well.

Bob Moore Ford and Kermit Denton best dealer & salesman

The best car buying experience ever! Kermit was not pushy, he made sure to answer all of our questions and took the time to set up and sync our devices to our new Escape. My husband and I both felt like we had known Kermit for years. A very nice guy. When we buy our next car we will buy from Bob Moore and our new friend Kermit Denton.

Fast clean friendly

Ford Fusion Service

Chad Richardson took care of everything and communicated with me every step of the way. Had to replace a shifter bushing & he did that under warranty. He also took care of 2 recalls and I appreciated that. It gets the leading company off my butt. You guys are lucky to have Chad and I think the guys deserves a raise! Thanks Chad!!!
