Oil Changed at Bob Moore Ford
I was so pleased with the service and the way I was treated at the Bob Moore Service Department. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. I was able to schedule my appointment on line, and at the same time request shuttle service. I have already recommended Bob Moore to a couple of people, and will continue to have mine and my husband’s vehicles serviced there.

Lose the crappy attitude
I think you could learn to lose the attitude you’re providing to customers and maybe think about your sentences before you speak them. We’ve gotten our truck serviced here twice and the first time was good. This second time will definitely be the reason we choose a different Ford dealership to get our truck serviced at. we dropped off the truck being told we wouldn’t pay the diagnostic fee, just to be told a few hours later that it would be charged. Push comes to shove, we’re told it’s a diagnostic/labor fee since our extended warranty company didn’t cover an additional hour of work. I spoke to Scott (who was very nice) about the diagnostic fee being waived since we were doing our repairs at the dealership. But despite being told by scott that it would be waived, our service advisor still tried to charge us for it. When we showed up to pick up the truck, his frustration was very obvious on his face that he wasn’t happy that i was pushing back on the “diagnostic” fee. so i’m assuming after a conversation with scott, he waived it. but didn’t think to acknowledge me after to say “i’m sorry for the confusion” or “we’re gonna go ahead and waive it”, he came back in, spoke to the girl who was taking our payment, and walked off. not another word to me. nothing. that kind of service right there is xxxx. we won’t be coming back, i can guarantee that.

Helped me find “the noise”
Really appreciate the time they took to find and fix the irritating noise that my car was making. They also found a couple of other problems that were fixed while still under warranty.

Nice place to take car.
Something wrong with transmission. Chad told me his transmission guy was out. He suggested another Ford dealer. He was very nice. Explained to me what I needed to tell them.
