I travel and need my truck for business. I have to be able to rely not only on my vehicle, but on a reliable service department. Jeff and his department do not disappoint . Jeff and his mechanics represent Ford well.

Cameron was pleasant from the first meeting down the end of the sale. I appreciate his business as well as all the other associates I was involved with on 7/21/2019. I am and was very much pleased with the service.

Recall work on my Explorer

Scott and the team at Ford did an amazing job of communicating with me about my vehicle. From ordering parts, getting me in timely, driving me to and from work to ensure my repairs would be done properly. Josh updated me every step via text, which is amazing for my busy schedule, and made sure I was in good hands!! Thank you!!

My experience with Bob Moore Ford was great.

I give Bob Moore Ford 5 star because I received excellent service from all I came in contact with. Brought car in on Monday morning. I had no way home. The shuttle was already gone. So they had some one else bring me home. Car was ready for pick up and I received the same courtesy. Customer service was excellent. The drivers were very friendly. Chad Richardson was Awesome.

Great Visit

I had no problems with my visit for an oil change. I was greeted promptly and cordially by Chad Richardson. He took my request for the oil change. I signed the job sheet and directed to waiting area. He later texted me and said that if I needed anything just text him back. Overall I had a Good Experience.

New purchase

New purchase was quick and easy. Was satisfied that I purchased a Ford product and have enjoyed the vehicle. I’m have been a GM person for years and this is my first Ford..

Attentive, timely and most importantly the kindness.

Professionalism is the name of the game at Bob Moore Ford but they are much, much more. Fixing my car and knowing it will be done correctly is what we all expect and assume but they have a human element to let you know you matter as a person. I had an unexpected family loss and the genuine concern and expression of regret was appreciated.

Persistence

It took a couple of visits to get the issues worked out on my vehicle as there were lots of things that needed attention, but they got it done! I so appreciate Jeff Gann & the crew for their hard work & persistence to get my car repaired & back on the road - thank you!
